This is an important distinction as it is the highest level of certification available through the organization. This milestone places Reaction Industries among an elite group, as only eight companies out of 149 PMA members have earned Level 4 certification.
The Level 4 certification recognizes Reaction Industries’ rigorous safety systems, disciplined manufacturing processes, and commitment to continuous improvement—particularly in the management of MBOCA within polyurethane operations. Through the implementation of regular MBOCA urinalysis testing, Reaction Industries proactively identified and addressed subtle process risks, confirming the effectiveness of its controls while driving enhanced training, stricter PPE compliance, and measurable reductions in exposure levels.
